    He's getting sent to Kenosha to stand trial and his lawyer's request for him to be released was denied at least.

      It's nice that they didn't just usher him back out the door when he turned himself in, but I would be amazed if he was convicted of more than manslaughter. And depending on Wisconsin's stand-your-ground laws he might be in the clear there as well.

        Oh yeah I'm not celebrating till he's convicted and I think you're right that manslaughter is the most he is going to get despite it being pretty clear based on his social media posts that he really wanted to murder protesters.

          Yeah, there's no question that he wanted to kill someone. It's Zimmerman all over again, putting himself into a situation that he knows he'll he able to defend in court based on the letter of he law. In my eyes that just makes him worse than most murderers, who act in the heat of the moment. This is a kid who sat at home thinking about how he could get away with killing someone.
