    Assuming Biden wins and croaks in office, I do not believe Kamala has the charisma or political know how to win in 2024, unless the emcumbant advantage is enough- everyone I know (even the libs) think she has the worlds most grating voice and stances.

      I mean, she can't be much worse than Clinton was. Her winning in 2024 is down to if the Republicans can suppress the vote enough.
