Does anyone hold out the tiniest bit of optimism that MAYBE Biden will do something to mitigate climate change? Any measure they put into place will be nowhere near enough but maybe it’ll buy us 10 more years or something in the long run. I could also see people warming up towards climate change policies if they pass some. I don’t know. Definitely lib shit but I’m trying to find the silver lining.

Paris climate accord has no enforcement mechanism btw. It's basically just a bunch promise to do better.
