If the Republican side won the civil war this guy would have been shot in the face by an Anarchist decades ago

          Okay.
Imagine a Communist Germany, after having regained its industrial power, stretching out its hand to all the people who yearn to be free all throughout Europe.
In the end leading to a unified Communist Eurasia with the other two central powers: the Soviet Union and Maos China.

I agree they obviously had their differences. But I'm not so sure, if the Russian revolutionaries could have had Germanys backing, like Lenin had hoped for, then I'd imagine the Soviet Union wouldn't necessarily enact policies it did enact in our timeline because of intense pressure and WW2. In turn leading to more cooperation than we would expect with the knowledge of how our history played out.

Edit: Everything could've been so radically different than it has been, if just Germanys revolution could've succeeded.

ww2 would probably still happen due to the allied powers demand of austerity. this time the war would be france, japan, italy, uk, usa, finland vs germany and ussr. i also bet they would not do their policy of appeasement at all with socialists

Of course, you are correct in that there would've been a backlash by capitalist powers, but I don't believe they would've dared to start a war with a unified Germany/USSR, possibly some other countries whose revolutions they might've helped along the way too. The US couldn't be arsed to join the war until Pearl Harbor either, so...

This timeline includes nukes being dropped on Munich

Einstein and his colleagues are still living in communist Germany, sorry.

                    Edit: On the Manhattan project:

This project came as the result of Albert Einstein learning that Germany was developing atomic weapons. Einstein relayed this critical information in a letter—known as the Einstein Letter—to President Franklin Roosevelt, and soon thereafter, the development of the atom bomb was elevated to the highest priority national security project.
