This film argues that if a corporation were an actual person, they'd be a clinical psychopath (according to the DSM-IV criteria), and that they must be psychopaths because they're legally required to deliver profits to their shareholders. The film touches upon various negative externalities, the 1933 Business Plot, the fact that IBM literally did logistics work for Nazis to facilitate the Holocaust, the Bolivian struggle over water privatization, among other gruesome examples of corporate capitalism at work.
