I'm realizing these past few days that there is a cottage industry of prayer candles of liberal political figures. It's not surprising, it's just like, the world is 0.1% more disappointing.

My lib friends have been doing shit like this too. They're in a precarious kind of joyful mood that I can't really put my finger on--but it's making me very uncomfortable. I mean, lighting up an Elizabeth Warren candle as a spiritual sort of prayer is genuinely bonkers, right?
