Yeah, legally anyone sending a campaign text has to identify themselves -so, Steve texting on behalf of Jeff's campaign has to say "this is Steve...etc etc." I don't know how strictly enforced it is or anything, but when I got the message, I figured it was worth a shot and started asking questions.
