There is far too much fine detail here. With flag design it's better to keep things simple. The wattle wreath isn't going to work, though it might do alright as part of a state emblem.
A boomerang would also be a controversial choice for indigenous representation, it's a cartoonish stereotype. It'd be like having a spear. You're already invoking the Aboriginal Flag anyway. It's unnecessary.
The Eureka Flag is also a pretty questionable choice. I appreciate the history, but it's more frequently used by racists and nationalists than anything else. The sizing here also really doesn't work for me. It only really works if it's dominating the flag design, which I don't think is appropriate here.
I'd personally just keep it simple. Aboriginal Flag with a single communist symbol centered. Like this: https://hexbear.net/pictrs/image/ifkL0jJnuI.jpg
I think Aboriginal Flag is recognizably Australian enough. There aren't really any many uniquely Australian things that'd work on a flag that aren't also deeply rooted in settler-colonialism.
Looks more appropriate for a Vietnamese Space Agency to me
I was thinking about this yesterday, I think it's really hard to describe so I'm going to draw something up.
Yeah, one of the main issues I have with the Eureka flay is that the seven pointed star is the star of the commonwealth.
