Well good news, if you don't or can't get resources to deal with your adhd, you might just get lucky and develop one of those adult problems too! Ask me how I know!
Ugh yeah that's the worst, trying to figure out good strategies and stuff and every article starts with "we know it can be very burdensome and terrible when your child behaves this way, but he (it's always he) is doing it because of adhd reasons and may just want to do xyz instead!" Barf
It's very much the same way with autism too, every article starts with an attempt to stroke some NT parent's ego at the expense of their kid
Yeah I edited my post to misgender me for extra realism lol. Half the time I'd rather just look at reddit threads on a topic than "real" articles about how your baby has too much energy
Im just trying to deal with adhd, but half the articles are like "how to cope with that wacky kid of yours. God, isnt he annoying?"
Well maybe you two should grow up and have adult mental problems like depression and addiction, have you thought of that!?
Yeah but you don't get prescribed amphetamines for addiction 😎

Agreed, most of the good advice I've gotten has come from the ADHD subreddit which is pretty okay as far as reddit goes
