This is going to turn into an argument of personal responsibility and victim blaming. You can already see it with liberals down in the comment section - "if everyone just wore a mask, we wouldn't be talking about lockdowns anyway".
By March of next year, they'll be victim-blaming and saying stuff like - "those people died cause they were STUPID and wouldn't wear a mask!"
maybe i’m missing something but isn’t it sorta kinda hard to feel bad for the red necks/no maskers who refuse to wear masks when me my comrades are out there making shitty wages risking our health? i know the responsibility should fall on a real and actual gov shut down but damn why haven’t they realized putting on a damn mask is the bare minimum to protect the people around you?
They are stupid yes, many of them are stupid due to austerity.
Republicans require a stupid voter base, so naturally they go out of their way to actively cultivate the dumbest motherfuckers on earth.
