I saw one of the few examples where this isn't true. A guy whose entire face was burned off including his ears physically couldn't put a mask on and then filed an ADA complaint against that business.
Not offered by that business though, and this was in the early days of the pandemic when stores were sold out of everything related to it.
My mom had a pulmonary embolism and said that afterwards, wearing a mask made her dizzy + light headed, feeling like she was gonna faint. Somehow she wasn't an asshole about it to workers + businesses like these freaks who make up illnesses.
