    one cool thing about my family being mostly czech is we dont give a fuck about thanksgiving and just use the free vacation time to chill and eat traditional czech dishes while being bewildered that people eat turkey

        turkey sucks so much. so dry bland and stringy, not fit for human consumption

          If brined and sauced properly it is fine for about a half hour after cooking.

          After that you have to add so much fat to it, it is not worth it.
