Also the whole idea of black people having bigger penises than other races also comes from a mindset of the slavery era in which having a bigger penis was seen as an animalistic trait. It's also very harmful because there is pretty much no evidence that race has a sizable effect on the size of an erect penis, so when a black person does not meet the racist expectation of having a massive penis just because of their skin colour, it can cause some messed up feelings and sense of value or self worth.
