    I'm legit mad at this. I had to fucking buy school supplies for my teachers back in school, meanwhile, the police budget is like 3 times as large as anything in my city, and despite mild cuts to the PD, the state wants to take over the police department to prevent more cuts

    I don't know who the fuck this is even for anymore. We've been giving the cops more money and training for decades. George Floyd and Breonna Taylor were killed by extremely well compensated and trained veteran cops.
