No, I was actually just talking to a coworker about this. I remember as a kid getting snow as early as end of October with drifts up to the eaves of the house (1 story) in a particularly bad season, now the snowfall seems to wait until end of December beginning of January.
It snowed a few times before Halloween when I was a kid but now we're lucky if we get any that sticks in January or March.
I guess it's good because less accidents/ shoveling but snow days made winter so much fun when I was younger. I hope kids don't miss out :(
Just got a fuckload of snow dumped on us, more than we’ve had at one time in years. It’s melting already because the temperature keeps edging above freezing.
Same here in the northeast. I think we got one snowfall last year that was more than like 4 inches. I hate snow with a fiery passion so I'm not complaining about that aspect of climate change.
Similar here but it didn't get quite as cold. Have you gotten a lot of snow in the past years?
I feel like real snow you can play in barely exists here anymore :(
