    Yeah no doubt there are issues with their economy and society; but from what I've read, they are planning on modernizing rural areas with new rails and investment into those zones, while American rural zones are falling into further disrepair, economic stagnation, drug addiction, and violence. I have read about those towns/cities, and clearly it feels like they put the cart before the horse by creating a bunch of urban space with no fundamental reason for existing.
