There's so many of these channels and all of them have Patreons, so what are you waiting for, go watch Back to the Future or Indiana Jones and react to it on Youtube

Most of these channels don't have that large viewerships anyway, if you can get like 1,000 to 5,000 people watching you regularly you could probably already transform that into a Patreon that'd at least be a nice bonus each month

Yeah, even if you're like 22 I can't imagine growing up and missing EVERY single big tentpole movie from the 80s to present day unless you were Amish

I'm 21. Just googled "best 80s movies" and scrolled through a couple lists. Of the probably 50-60 different movies I saw listed, I had seen maybe like 4 of them. And two of those were star wars episode 5 and 6, which I watched for the first time this year.

I could do the same with 90s, 2000s, 2010s, but i dont think much would change. i just dont watch movies. im sure there are plenty of people like that

Sounds like there's a Youtube career waiting for you.

I saw a lot of the "old" movies I did growing up because I had a parent, relative or older sibling who hyped them to me

I wish they did more movie commentaries, though the Star Wars one I listened to was constantly veering off course because Felix couldn't fucking stop talking about how the Covenant would beat the Trade Federation

Bug Mane single handedly made me realize the mistakes of my ways in hating the prequels

There's a large audience of fanboys and millennials who want to see people react to franchises they liked growing up

If you're willing to be a reactionary you don't even need to be photogenic or likeable.

Alternatively, if you are black, you can make reaction vids listening to wypipo music and you'll be an instant success. Because there's nothing whities love more than having their culture affirmed and acknowledged by POC

You can also do this with music. I get recommendations all the time of people reacting to Japanese bands I like. Just gotta find the right niche that's sizable, but not actually mainstream so you can reassure their fans that the music they like is good.
