What's the actual gameplay/rpg systems like? I've been avoiding info about it to spite the hype-mongers
In the skill up review they said the trees are fairly extensive but seemed to be largely populated with incremental passive +% bonuses
IMO its fine for a game to be like that as long as it has the mod support, New Vegas is one of if not my favorite games and that is because of mods, the base game is good, but the modded game can be excellent.
I know there are bugs but is it a good game underneath? Thinking of picking it up after a patch or two if they fix it.
Damn, what's the future like? Steam won't let me in for another 2 hours or so.
People got their hands on the files needed to run the preload early, I'm playing it too rn and it's ok so far, but buggy as absolute shit with missing lip sync animations, characters walking through closed doors or teleporting, etc.
No clue, but honestly in the broken state I'm playing it it's a fucking work of surrealist art.
Lol, just change your timezone in windows. Don't let it connect through the firewall
I'm DLing the remaining files now so it's moot at this point, but yeah I should have thought of that.
Also, once you start it, you can switch back the timezone and it still works. Send like it's a 1 time lock.
Does the gunplay actually "feel" good? The footage I saw so far made it look really not that great.... But this is also what I thought about Destiny 1 from pre launch footage and it turned out to feel really good.
How buggy is it? I think I'm going to wait for a patch before I drop $80 on the damn thing.
Light buggy like cutscene guy is talking and character clips constantly shit like an obsidian release. Nothing gamebreaking so far at least.
Pirate it, comrade. It's your duty to stick to the capitalist swine.
