All I know is that I probably won't fit in it if it was real. Standard bed size in my country is 188cm (6'2 ) long lol. Also I think it's small pillows, look at the size of the person's hands compared to the pillows

Ok, it looks fucking weird when that happens in the game. But I'll give the benefit of the doubt and point out that V wakes up talking about how sick they feel- maybe what we're supposed to get from this is that they were feeling too crappy to actually get in bed properly?
