      Well, the entire point of the restaurant seem to be sexualized waitresses. Not the food nor the location or whatever, but the waitresses. It's the same thing with bare-breasted women at the beach or in paintings, there's a context to thing imo. As you said, it's not a strip club, but that's not really far from it in "spirit". But to each their own opinion, I just don't think Hooters are a place for kids.
