They poked my arm. It didn't bleed this time, which is a plus.
Was supposed to get mine today but they fucked up and overbooked, apparently they were sent fewer vaccines but still allowed more appointments, much like an airline
Cool guys, not like we're still in a pandemic or anything
Mine was scheduled today but got canceled for no specified reason. The only accessible cvs doesn't even appear as an option on their site throughout the next month.
Same. I just went to schedule mine and the frst open slot is October 20th
I just show up to places occasionally and get a booster. I don't know why and they don't either.
I should have listened to all of those morons online! Now I'm just one big blood clot
Getting mine today.
I just hope all the times I've gotten covid haven't irreversibly destroyed my brain.
I'm almost certain I had it back in February 2020. I was in bed for a whole week and could barely breathe. I for sure had it in 2022. Was happy to make it 2 years.
Hoping your brain is at least okay enough though!
Its time to join the vaccine injury grift. jk JK. How are you feeling? I kind of want to wait for Novavax. supposedly it hurts less :(
Oh hell yeah. I've now got the shakes and my 5G reception is out of this world!
I'm feeling perfectly fine. No issues aside from the localized arm pain. I usually don't see side effects from vaccine injections until the next day, so I might feel a bit different tomorrow morning. I can't imagine it would be anywhere near as bad as I felt when I actually had COVID though.
Yep the shot itself didn't hurt me at all. There was some soreness on my arm the next day, but now, 2 days later, that soreness is gone
In the last 2 hours the soreness has gotten measurably worse. Not anything more than I had expected though.
They make you pay for the vaccine in the US? Fuck's sake, no wonder there's all these new variants every year
American, on the tail end of my Medicaid coverage since getting benefits through work.
I doubt anyone outside America has the new American vaccines yet
I need to do this ASAP but I can't figure out if the pharmacies here have it yet and the information from the state doesn't do a lot to clear it up either
The only pharmacies that have it so far in my state are CVS and Walgreens (the biggest pharmacies received the vaccine first).

CVS has been booked up, but Walgreens had lots of openings when I scheduled mine
Edit: List that shows the pharmacy chains most likely to get the vaccine next: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pharmacies_in_the_United_States#Pharmacy_chains
