Not sure if directly linking Parler is ok here, so I won't, but you can find the account through the DailyDot article.
Comments there are full of women being like "Yes I agree with you" and saying traditional gender roles are good. Hard to tell whether its legitimate self-hating women or sockpuppets, either is distinctly possible.
To be fair to this specific point, they think the reason wages haven't kept up is because women entered the workforce and kept wages low. Which is somewhat accurate. Doubling the available workforce definitely keeps wages down for everyone in a capitalist system.
Where they're completely off base is blaming women for it. It's not women's fault they were forced to go work so the nuclear family could keep a roof over its head... that was just a natural progression of capitalism. It will extend naturally to encompass every single possible avenue of labor exploitation. And obviously I think anyone should be able to work if they can, if they want to, and if there is work to do...so women entering the workforce is a good thing even if it happened for entirely the wrong reason.
So like. They're kind of right about this specific thing in some small way? Their cause and solution are both disgusting and completely off base but they have at least partially correctly identified a symptom.
Yes but women up until a decade ago weren't going into traditionally male dominated careers. Even now that women are looking at male dominated jobs it is still a very small percentage isn't it? Can you really say it's because of women entering the workforce? Or was it because unions were gutted and manufacturing largely went over seas?
Wages aren't entirely insulated by industry, though. A simple exemplary scenerio: if everyone knew engineers could stop engineering tomorrow and get data entry jobs for 45k/year, engineering firms would pay their engineers more to keep engineering. But if those decent jobs aren't available to them, the firm knows the workers will be much more likely to accept 45k a year to engineer.
Though some industries ("biomedical engineering") are more insulated from wage depression and men-dominated careers do tend to be more insulated than women- dominated or equitable careers.

Fascists excel at correctly identifying the symptoms of capitalism, and then selling people on a horrific solution to them. Look at ecofascism. They're right about climate change being an enormous threat, but instead of saying "so we should cut emissions and transfer wealth to the Global South to keep development moving forward," they say "why don't we just slaughter them wholesale?"
