    I mean its the same strategy that he has used his entire career, delay or shut down everything that's not stripping regulations, give money to the rich or appointing judges. The point that he had to publicly veto this is a major monkey wrench in the republican plan and how of a threat Trump can be to the establishment since now he has nothing to give a shit about.
