Anyone actively trying to make an APK? Anyone interested in one? I might try and see how far I can get or happy to help anyone working on something already.
So there's a lemmy app you can get off the play store and it's better browsing than using the mobile site imo BUT much worse for posting and general site navigation. If you want more than an easy scroll slop feed use the mobile.
Bookmarking the site to my home screen on an Android phone basically make it work like an app anyway, it's very usable
There is an app called "lemmur" that is being worked on, it has not been released yet. There is another lemmy app on the play store but it's non-libre.
I haven't used either of them because I'm an old fogey who uses a browser to access websites.

I'd be interested in one, I'm currently using the firefox app and it works mostly fine, but it's not great.
