It's a 2 week beginner program, yesterday was the first day. It's a great way to start the new year. I just did the first day. I'm calling all comrades to join me, we can do this. :unity:

I'm no fitness freak, but once you start feeling comfortable with bodyweight I really recommend getting at least some weights and a pullup bar if not a gym membership. Bodyweight can absolutely carry you to a great physique but even just a few dumbells or kettlebells will help a lot

Thanks for the advice! I would definitely like to try some weight training in the future.

I would fucken love to but I can't even lift 10 lbs let alone my 300lb ass for any kind of pushup, modified or otherwise.

Then start slowly working your way up to that! I'm sure you could do one incline push-up against a table.

Can confirm BWF is good. I was already quite strong, been properly hitting BWF routine for about a month now and I've gained 5kg of basically pure muscle

I want to but I have so much on my plate already, and that includes physical activity; walking or biking everywhere I go, regular yoga, and a couple simple things around the house like pushups and pullups. I could do dedicated strength training but it's not on my priority list right now.
