He didn't get fired. He's still in his band. The McElroys just stopped using his music in their podcast

A lot of it is pretty over the top too. Like multiple very anti-semitic replies and the unironic use of such terms as "mud people"

Max fun is about to get cancelled lol

Having a very narrow and ugly range of comedic takes is one thing about conservatives that seems consistent across cultures.

I think my MAGA father only knows like 5 jokes, and all of them are cruel jabs at minorities.

This dude isn’t really a conservative though. He’s a washed out indie rockstar and NPR liberal who co-hosts a trivia podcast with Ken Jennings. Very strange

I think he must have like the humor of a 13 year old and thinks being ironically racist is funny.

To be fair it can be, if it's about italians, but the guy is a fucking idiot to just go on like that on twitter.

I doubt he's as racist as it looks, but he's still insensitive as shit and obviously a very bad person to be in any kind of business with if you're at all worried about PR.

Man who could have seen that one coming from "no one in this house eats until you can open this can of beans" guy

          :surprised-pika:
