Curous to know what those "Successful market economies with no armed forces" are and who their closest political and economic allies are, because that is a self-answering question.
The only good subreddit is /r/askhistorians, and it's good specifically because the mods painstakingly remove most of the comments.
There's also /r/AskAnthropology, and it's good for exactly the same reason.
Capitalism is when good things happen and the private sector is somehow involved.
Socialism is when bad things happen and the government is somehow involved.
