Imagine owning a Chevy and thinking you have the right to judge people's means of transportation
especially a cavalier. I had one exactly like that as my high school driver's ed car. The bus is better lol.
Took one over the Cascades once had to redline the engine most of the way.
$12k plus gas, plus tires, plus maintenance, plus interest, plus the big chunks out of your life sucked away trying to merge onto a six lane freeway during rush hour.
What's not to love?
I’ll be dead in the ground before I support vehicles with tires 🤢🤮
I’ve been left with no choice but to abandon industrial society :a-guy:
Guys, we can have synthesis!

i see this attitude towards public transportation in smaller cities where driving is the norm. primarily poor people (and secondarily students) ride the bus because everything is driver-centric and density is lower. in bigger cities where transit is ubiquitous, people from all backgrounds ride it and there's more of a sense of commonality. of course, there are still bougie fucks like musk
"Instead of clean, reliable public transport with wi fi and power points so you can spend your commute in a pleasant way with your fellow citizens, why not spend 90 minutes in traffic being yelled at by violent angry chuds, trying not to run your car off the roadway in an anxious incoherent mist of despair?"
Hmm, 20 working days a month at 6 dollars a bus commute is... $120 a month.
$178 plus however much car owners pay for gas an insurance is...
