So we all agree that the inevitable anti-domestic terrorism laws that will come out of this will end up primarily targeting the left, right?

They broke into the Capitol building, and about 15 people were arrested last I checked.

DisruptJ20 involved some anarchist and indigenous groups protestingTrump's innauguration. They used like some trash cans getting set on fire as an excuse to call it a riot, arrested 200 people, and charged 59 of them with up to 60 years of prison time. The charges didn't go through because there was no evidence these people did anything wrong on the individual level, but imagine if they pass a law stating that everyone involved in a riot could be charged with a serious crime for just being present? What will the result be? I'm guessing still a dozen CHUDs getting arrested at most, and anarchists, communists, and BLM activists getting rounded up.

Some of the strongest ML-style vanguard parties started off in prisons. It's not something to look forward to, but putting everyone who is sympathetic to radical change into prison with actual anarchists and communists could only lead to some pretty strong orgs emerging.
