It's one of the better tactics fascists have. They already have to hide their intentions because they're utterly monstrous, so why not also make libs seem like pearl-clutching paranoid squares at the same time?

Libs dramatically gasp at the OK emoji or "it's ok to be white" or any other thing they cook up and the average person often sees nothing wrong. They see libs overreacting to something apparently innocuous.

I'd call it clever but it's really just deliberately misleading. I'd suggest leftists do something similar except we're usually quite clear in what we intend. There really aren't leftist dog-whistles that I know about.

Once you've been convinced that your opponents are literal unthinking automatons, you probably start getting lazy. That, and the right has always been a haven for guys who think they're much smarter than they are.

I’ve been periodically checking in on /pol/ and at this point it seems about 50/50 Pepes being used to troll MAGAs vs being used by them. Maybe some day he’ll be redeemed.

Boys Club is great and it took me such a long time to come to terms that my favorite character was no longer mine :-(

Their goal is make you publicly waste your time so they can debate-bro you or call you alarmist. Every made up point that you need to spend time disproving makes them happy.

Shit like /r/frenworld is just clandestine enough that dipshit libs spread it around as a warning, when they're really just proud of themselves for being privy to the "secret knowledge" that it's the latest iteration of the proto-fash cesspit. This not only gives these shitty places exposure, but pisses off libs.
