So it's come to my attention that this is a for real ban this time and not a joke ban like the other ones. We'll miss those low effort bait posts (not really tbh)
Apparently has been being incredibly irony poisoned to the point of toxicity to the point that he's had many posts removed and been talked to several times in modchat and such, never seemed to make the change and then making a "i love my trans comrades" post 'as a joke' seeming to mock folks who post those and the users who appreciate them, which I don't think I need to say is particularly a bad move with everything that's been happening lately.
Honestly I was surprised when he was made a mod. Who thought making an irony poisoned shitposter a mod was a good idea?
Irony poisoned shitposting was kinda the backbone of the sub, but things are different here for better or worse
To be honest sincerity without any irony to cut it comes of as cheap.
yeah but irony-poisoned can mean different things, it can mean layers and layers of irony combining to create art, and it can mean toxic and cruel. There are plenty of things to post about that don't cross the line into berating comrades here
