Recordings could be manipulated. I don't know what claudia has to gain from saying she believes her mom unintentionally posted it instead of just saying shes a monster or saying they were both hacked by a third party. I've always been of the opinion that the whole family is a bunch of grifters dividing up the market so they can exert influence across the political spectrum.

shes 16, but i hear you. on the other hand, i dont think posting a video online is the behavior of someone who wants to avoid sending anyone to jail. submitting it privately to a court would be one thing, but disseminating it to the public suggests other motives. i cant say for certain either way.
Unless her iCloud got hacked, there's no way that hacking her Twitter would bring up that photo. Even still, that requires her to actually have that photo. Also, I saw a heavily censored version of the photo. It was a photo of the phone displaying the photo.
There's no possible explanation that can get around that she possesses child pornography of her own daughter.
You’re right. A photo of a phone with a picture on it pretty strongly suggests she wasn’t hacked. It would still be considered circumstantial in a court of law, and it’s not like it would be particularly difficult to frame her if one were inclined to do so, but personally, I would be pretty surprised to learn the story is any different than what Claudia said herself.
That's with the evidence at face value. Someone could probably look more in detail at Twitter's API or other things to see if there's more evidence that she took the photo. And courts can subpoena for even more information.

The problem is not that her naked image existed in front of her mother. the problem is it was actively TAKEN from her kids phone and SAVED somewhere.

And she TRANSFERED them to HER OWN phone. She took possession of them as well which in and of itself is a crime.

They're a prosecutor, probably for whatever wealthy burb that family lives in. They'll do what they're told by the respectable families of the area. It all depends on what they're feeling, and I would imagine the Kellyanne woman has some serious connections.

Claudia has said CPS has been to their house countless times before too. And anytime her tiktok blows up, she posts videos of her apologizing and "they're good parents it's fine." This is a cycle. So by now, either it's all a lie which I do not think is believable, or the parents are forcing her to apologize and do damage control.
Yeah. Kellyanne is likely a good enough manipulator to do something that sickening, but ultimately we won't be getting any certainties.

For anyone saying she might've been hacked, it's impossible for a Twitter login hack to produce that photo. Her iCloud would have to be hacked. Even if that was the case, it still means she saved the photo to her iCloud, and possession of cp is still a crime.
Also, it was a photo taken from Kellyanne's phone of Claudia's phone displaying the photo. Such a boomer thing.
From reading a couple news articles on it, Claudia wrote a post right after it happened that she believed her mom took the photo for use as potential leverage, and a hacker released it, which, if true, is still both illegal and abusive.
Right, any way that Kellyanne did nothing illegal would require a very convoluted situation. Like, someone got the photo of Claudia, took a photo of their phone, and then posted it on Kellyanne's Twitter account. Which would require an ability to hack into multiple people's accounts on multiple platforms. While not impossible, it's a lot easier to hack multiple accounts of one person, since many people use the same password (sup people who relate to that!).
Physically break into her house, find and unlock her daughter's phone, unlock her phone, take a picture of a nude on her daughter's phone with her phone, upload it to Twitter.
