Its real bad folks. She needs to go to jail.

For those unaware, she posted her own 15 year old daughters nudes to her twitter in an attempt to shame her or something.

The daughter posted videos of her being physically and mentally abusive.

Shits kind of unbelievable actually. The kid needs help like immediately. Apparently people on twitter are reporting it to CPS so I guess we'll see if anything comes of it.

Her daughter shouldn't need to post anything at all to prove abuse is what i am saying. Her mom literally distributed CP of her own kid. The videos are just extra evidence.

Yeah definitely. And I'd hope that CPS won't screw around entertaining some BS idea that she was "hacked".

thats circumstantial evidence. fact is, you dont know if she really posted it or was actually hacked.

I mean yeah. In subsequent recordings Kellyanne doesn't even try to deny she posted it. And she doesn't accuse her daughter of posting it either. Really out of character if it was anyone other than herself.

Recordings could be manipulated. I don't know what claudia has to gain from saying she believes her mom unintentionally posted it instead of just saying shes a monster or saying they were both hacked by a third party. I've always been of the opinion that the whole family is a bunch of grifters dividing up the market so they can exert influence across the political spectrum.

nah it seems like an actually abused 15yo who is trying not to send her Mom to jail, just wants out. But rich powerful mother continues not facing any consequences and refusing to let her leave.

shes 16, but i hear you. on the other hand, i dont think posting a video online is the behavior of someone who wants to avoid sending anyone to jail. submitting it privately to a court would be one thing, but disseminating it to the public suggests other motives. i cant say for certain either way.

Unless her iCloud got hacked, there's no way that hacking her Twitter would bring up that photo. Even still, that requires her to actually have that photo. Also, I saw a heavily censored version of the photo. It was a photo of the phone displaying the photo.

There's no possible explanation that can get around that she possesses child pornography of her own daughter.

You’re right. A photo of a phone with a picture on it pretty strongly suggests she wasn’t hacked. It would still be considered circumstantial in a court of law, and it’s not like it would be particularly difficult to frame her if one were inclined to do so, but personally, I would be pretty surprised to learn the story is any different than what Claudia said herself.

That's with the evidence at face value. Someone could probably look more in detail at Twitter's API or other things to see if there's more evidence that she took the photo. And courts can subpoena for even more information.
