    IDK about this kind of speculation. Even the "I knew it!" takes after philosophytube came out were kinda icky imo.

      I mean, this is a joke I’m partially making because I totally did not “call it” with PhilTube. That was a total surprise to me. Pleasant one, but I did not see it coming.

      I think there's a weird tension in their audience between the more reactionary elements and the more progressive ones. For example, their subreddit is surprisingly pretty alright. Chuds who show up there get downvoted to hell. I'm iffy on Mike but Jay has said some things that indicate to me he supports trans-rights so I doubt he's happy with the Chuds attracted to his work.
