Serious question: what’s with the whole cumtown thing? I never got to peruse their sub before it was banned. Is it a bit? Are they left or right wing? I’ve heard people here call them racists but I also know the Chapo boys have had them on their show. What gives?

I listened to a couple of episodes because people would always name drop it on the old sub. The hosts are pretty funny people and have good chemistry, but I ultimately just can't really get down with that ironic shitty humor
The best way to experience Cumtown is listening to one of their bits that's been pulled off and uploaded to youtube. Small bite sized package, no need to sit through an hour of dumb shit to get there. Mostly the celebrity impressions.
I can listen to episodes of Cumtown but I have to be doing something that is equally mindless. When I run out of fresh podcast episodes after 30+ hours of field work I'll throw on Cumtown just to stave off boredom. I really need to get a new mp3 player so I can go back to listening to albums but I lost it in the field and then ran it over with the tractor while mowing. RIP to that little guy.
i think stav described his politics once as "dumb guy socialism" wherein the entire idea is that you dont need to read theory or give a shit about how anything works to agree that no one should have to die because they are poor.
