I just drank one of those trendy sleepytime teas but i used four bags at once and i ain’t feeling shit

Did I get grifted by one of those alternative medicine type deals?

same for me on the melotonin.

it's too bad that all the stuff proven to work is illegal. i guess we can't have people feeling good without permission

This is one of the biggest arguments for the legalization of all commonly used street drugs. Having them illegal only causes harm by putting them into the hands of the totally unregulated and dangerous black market.

Heroin being the biggest example in that the black market is the reason it keeps getting laced with fentanyl, but also smaller things like the inconsistency in marijuana strains. People are gonna smoke weed and do other drugs, might as well make sure it's as safe and consistent as possible.

Yeah you can find it in supplement sections at the store: The antioxidants and vitamins in papaya also prevent chronic inflammation. The choline content, for instance, helps to strengthen memory pathways, and muscle development. It is also important for cell membrane integrity, nerve impulse transmission, fat absorption (and therefore fat-soluble vitamins absorption as well), and for good sleep.

thanks, i'll try it out. Trying to find something to replace taking diphenhydramine every night. So far it's been the only otc thing to work, but i've read it's very bad for you long term.

yeah there's definitely merit to the idea that i fucked myself on this one by starting to use it. Though there are so many other dumb things i've done like getting addicted to opiates and using marijuana as a teenager, it'd be impossible to know for sure.
