Strong Bad was ACAB as far back as the early "Does Strongbadia have an army?" emails.

there are a few shorts that are great.

I always focused on strongbad stuff like his emails or teen girl squad (which i think is some of the best material)

the website is still up, so check it out and just waste some time looking around.

SBEmails are definitely the bread-and-butter of Homestar content. I agree with the other responses: if you don't know where to start, start there.

EDIT: one more thing, you'll want to watch the interactive versions of the videos on the HSR website if possible. There are hidden clickable easter eggs in just about every video.

to be clear this is not my hill to die on i dont necessarily agree or disagree but i think it has something to deal with how homestar talks, the assumption that he has some kind of disability that makes him talk like that, and how he's also played especially dumb relative to other characters + how thats all played for laughs

again not my personal argument but yeah

not saying ur saying this but im stating that its not my opinion alot because i refuse to get in any type of internet back and forth over someone named homestar runner , strongbad or strong sad. i will accept arguments over the cheat however

Maybe Homsar arguably crosses the line. He almost always rattles off non-sequiturs.

Strong Bad develops from a mustache-twirling prankster and cheat to a de-facto protagonist oozing with proto-reddit-fedora energy (he thinks he's cool and can get laid but is a much bigger dork than his foil Homestar) and he's the butt of most of the jokes where he appears alongside Homestar (which is often).
