Grant's tier should switch with the one above him, Carter belongs in the big group. John Adams could probably get a tier just above cringe ass imperialists.
Edit: actually Teddy should be in the big group too. One of the most imperialist of all presidents. So JFK, Adams, Grant, and Lincoln really should all get a tier together of problematic faves, WHH stays where he is, and Teddy and Carter move to SCAI
