Reminder that Trump was a hard-line interventionist who literally bombed civilians his first day in office and carried out more drone strikes than every president before him put together. The guy hired John Fucking Bolton to run national security. His white house was filled with Bush-era neocon monsters. The fact that he occasionally said "no more war" in a speech doesn't mean fuck all.

Shit on Biden all you want because he's a piece of shit, but don't cape for fascists in the process.

Wasn't Trump better with NK? Might be exaggerated what he did for US-NK relations but it didn't get worse at least

Ironically the last president who tried to meaningfully improve relations with the DPRK was Bill Clinton and it was sabotaged by Newt Gingrich's congress.

Trump instituted huge sanctions on North Korea (to be fair, the Democrats supported them and had Biden been president would have also passed them), and threatened "fire and fury the likes of which the world has ever seen". He flew planes over NK airspace while pretending to oppose military training exercises. While Trump's meetings with Kim were a step in the right direction, the fact is both summits failed.

The most generous interpretation of Trump's NK policy is that he had no idea what he was doing and basically maintained the status quo.

Shit, didn't know he did even more sanctions and invaded their airspace. Impression was your last paragraph and that he and Kim personally got along surprisingly well
