Can you afford to go without pay for a month or so? Can you quickly get a new job?

If no to either of these, then just keep your head down for now, start looking for a new job and then once you have one quit in style.

I have another job, I'm just trying to stick around until my PTO kicks in so I can use as much as possible before quitting. I'm trying to save up a bunch of money so I can go back to school or possibly get a co-op started or at least coast for a little why because I'm sooooo fucking burnt out

I mean if there's no cctv in the car park you can do that if you're not planning on quitting.

yeah, either way you don't want to appear on camera doing anything. wear a hat and sunglasses and don't show up in something that can be traced back to you.

I'm in the rural/exurban west and like 75% of this company is maximally reactionary. I think about it all the time though.
