President Biden told reporters Wednesday that Palestinian terrorists have “gotta learn how to shoot straight” — one day after an explosion outside a hospital in the Gaza Strip.

“I’m not suggesting that Hamas deliberately did it,” the president said at Ramstein Air Base in Germany en route back to Washington after visiting Israel earlier in the day.

“It’s that old thing: Gotta learn how to shoot straight,” Biden went on.

“It’s not the first time that Hamas has launched something that didn’t function very well.”

wow, this fucking sucks Joe

I’ve seen people realize this is the defining point of the presidency.

To be fair to Hamas, the problem isnt that they dont know how to shoot straight, but that israel is indiscriminately bombing every free standing building in a deliberate attempt at genocide, Joe.

What a fucking demonic thing to say.

Even if, even if it was a Hamas misfire, 500 innocent lives were taken, and this fucking demon is making a joke about it

500 lives have been snuffed out. Untold thousands will never be the same because they're gone. And this monster can't help but laugh, because those lives were brown, and brown lives don't count.

    Actual demonic behaviour

That is the thing, they are not only denying that they did it, they're denying that it even happened. Or at least, it wasn't catastrophic. It's one thing to disagree with who bombed a hospital, but the fact that people can't agree on whether or not a hospital was bombed is wild to me, in the age of live video. Now I'm particular to thinking the hospital was bombed and Israel did it, but honestly what the fuck do I know? People seem confident here, but personally this fog of war bullshit is the most unsettling thing I've experienced in a while. Same as the early days of Ukraine

Remember when Hong Kong was winning over China and doing extremely well in a fight for independence?

I asked some people actually FROM HONG KONG and they said it's all bullshit and no one even wanted to fight there.

That was the moment I lost my trust in Western reporting...

Yeah I took a hardline stance of "any western media reporting on Hong Kong is lying by default and I must investigate" when I saw that video of the middle-aged guy calmly talking to the protestors and they surprised him from behind by dumping gas on him and lighting him on fire.

If somebody did that to an American or a cop on video, the police would be dropping bombs from helicopters on houses they suspect hide protestors

Biden has sat immobile, his body slowly crumbling, within the White House of Terra for over 10,000 standard years. Although once a living man, his shattered, decaying body can no longer support life, and it is kept intact only by the cybernetic mechanisms of the White House and a feeble mind itself sustained by the daily sacrifice of thousands of lives.

Reminder that the truth of the Emperor eating 1,000 souls a day, something supposed to be so horrific that if the masses learned of it the entire Imperium would dissolve into civil war, is substantially less than the peak daily deaths from COVID in the US (around 4k).

Turns out what was obvious satire in the 80s is just what we live now. It wouldn't surprise me if Long Pig restaurants serving lab grown meat opened up in this god forsaken country

Not exactly what Ellis envisioned but I'd count it, sure. It fits with our version of the technodystopia those guys wrote about. Awful and dehumanizing yes, but also twee and nauseatingly performative. Mostly just duller, a boot grinding a human face into the pavement forever rather than stomping

It's probably less than the daily deaths from malnutrition, homelessness, and despair. Remember kids, Omelas is a massive improvement

Also it's ostensibly somewhat rational in the lore, at least compared to lots of the Imperium's nonsense. Without doing it interstellar travel becomes impossible, and the people they're throwing into the fire would have been euthanized anyway since they randomly turn into satan portals if they can't handle their shit.

40K's satire mostly isn't only actually about exaggerating the size or nature of atrocities (not that it doesn't do that), it's often in demonstrating how utterly batshit the universe would have to be for things like that to be halfway rational.

Fair point about the 70s. All US presidents are evil war criminals, but Nixon (or really, Nixon/Kissinger. They’re inseparable, like Marx/Engels or Lennon/McCartney) really does belong on the evil tier with Hitler IMO.
