Mix it with sour cream, salt and lemon juice and serve it with smoked fish or just with chips.

Cover a piece of salmon with dill and lemon slices and bake it in the oven.

Let some of it grow to set flowers. The dill flowers are inedible but they have a strong dill flavour and are good for adding flavour when pickling stuff like cucumbers or beetroots, or just to make dill-infused vinegar.

Persian cuisine uses a good amount of dill. Just putting it on basmati rice gives a lot of flavor, but one of my favorites is maast o khiar (yogurt and cucumber). It's similar to that russian cold soup but this is a side dish you would eat with a kebab and is much lighter. Some recipes add raisins and walnuts but that's just fancy shit to impress white people.

The only things you really need are yogurt, cucumber, salt, pepper, dill, and shallots. Garlic and/or mint are optional if you like those flavors. Just mix that shit up and leave in the fridge for an hour before eating with rice or bread. Obviously if you want it more persian use Basmati rice or sangak bread.

Baghali Polo and Sheveed Polo are main dishes you can make that feature dill rice, and there are plenty of good recipes online for those as well.

Lots of pickles. All kinds of vegetables pickle well with dill infused.

If you're any good at making crackers, dill crackers would be good.

It's also the first spice typically associated with salmon.

Dill is pretty easy to dry, you can just tie stems together and hang it up somewhere. Drying it will preserve it for a while. You could dry out extra dill and give it away too.

Goes with almost any kind of seafood if you're into that.

My favourite use of dill is combined with chives on crisps through. Dill and chives is a good flavour combo in general.

Fermented or canned pickles of course. Dill is really good in some soups like a chicken noodle type soup (fake chicken in my case), borscht, or potato soup. I also really like it in a mashed chickpea salad.
