They're mostly saying that these new facilities are being built to help "fix" all the children who were broken by the Trump system.
Which like. First off you cannot "fix" the damage that has been done to these children by separating them from their parents, and second off that's absolutely not what's happening here. So typical libs being libs.
Here's an idea to "fix" them, let them become citizens along with their parents and pay them restitution for the abuse and torture they face and free healthcare to deal with the mental trauma from being locked in a cage.
Even better, just remove the borders entirely and let them pass back and forth at will
