Facial and body hair change a lot with age, even after most other visible changes have stopped. Also, a little oil does a lot to make a beard nice and less, uh, pubey or pubescent.
I know several guys with reddish beards even though their hair is brown or blonde. What can I say, bodies are weird!
Isn’t it mean that is the recessive hair trait you have? I remember a teacher telling me that.
I don't want to police the language you use to understand yourself, but I find "breed" to be a somewhat dehumanizing word when in reference to people. Just something worth considering ya know? Do we want to use the same language as race realists and accidentally import their connotations?
I've been listening to too much Citations Needed, though, and become hyper aware of how hegemonic concepts give us the brain worms, so I'm probably over-thinking it.
I agree, and I would add that once you get into defining what 'white' and 'latinx' are supposed to be in race theory, the whole thing crumbles

i’m an AnCom, my beards red, is there a connection :soviet-hmm:
assuming it was another color before and is just red now - people will tell you its because of your ancestry but its more likely you are just getting old and losing the pigmentation
