What methods would you use to transition the current situation into revolution? Obviously there is an electrification in the country but the people aren't armed very well as far as I know and definitely aren't seasoned in fighting with the state.
no, they are actually armed decently. the last march they had a fucking hoplite wall with spears and shields and skirmishers with ak47s and other outdated rifles lol

i think the only real way they could do that is by doing some sort of weird shit with the shining path, which is still active in a few regions of peru near the bolivian border. they control a few big chokepoints and the government cant seem to pull them out.
