I'm sort of going off what Historyprimer1 said too, but this isn't a good argument to be against these claims. A genocide can happen and still have survivors 20 years later. Again I'm not trying to say the reports or true or not, I know they're not, I just mean that survivors doesn't mean nothing ever happened to a group.
Are genocides usually associated with increasing population? When Zenz cites decreases, he only ever mentions birthrates and not actual population. Declining population is a lot harder to explain than declining birthrates which is normal for a region experiencing growth of incomes and access to family planning services.
It's worth saying, though, that Jews are conspicuously absent/sparse in Central and Eastern Europe, and Native Americans are conspicuously absent/sparse in the eastern USA.
