They don't believe trans people exist, they think lgbtqia+ activism is actually a bourgeois plot to distract the working class, they think racism doesn't exist in modern Britain.
They are the epitome of anti-idpol pseudo-leftism, they talk big game about how a revolution must happen but never involve themselves in any actual substantial praxis or activism. When riots occur, when protests are having their moments, you will find the CPGB-ML online ranting about whatever minority groups got them pissy most recently.
Say what you like about the various trot parties and groups like the socialist worker, but they have a presence at pretty much every leftwing protest that occurs and are always involved in the counter protests to reactionaries.

I thought most of the people there had to spend hundreds (if not over a thousand) for transportation and hotel stay on short notice. Not exactly something your average working class would be able to do during a pandemic.

It was like Burning Man for Chuds. A solid mix of tech / finance goons doing Revolutionary LARP, real-ass Oathkeeper / 3%er white christian nationalists who legit supported an insurgency, and political grifters/tourists who just wanted to be at the center of the spectacle.
