It has to be that this particular image approximates the tweeter's default posture, and so they tell themselves it's something good in an attempt to mitigate the disconcerting sense of elusive familiarity, right?

I want to see his actual lab values and vital signs. He thinks your heart works like a battery with a finite number of beats that you deplete faster if you do cardio. He ate McDonalds feasts and had a diet coke button. He's had a virus, seemingly a severe case of it, which causes cardiovascular inflammation.
Even with all the baby juice in the world, the only thing Trump has going for him is that he's sober. I don't think he's healthy in any sense of the word but it's so stunning he's alive that I'm curious how unhealthy he really is.
