    In many (if not all?) Condos, there are fewer parking spots than units, and the parking spots are deeded separately from the units. So when you buy a condo you don't necessarily get a parking spot, but you can get one separately. For like $100K I guess.

        If you at least partially include the shared spaces in a parking garage that is needed so you can actually get in and out of your parking space at all times that sounds about right.

    Lol my landlord offered me a parking spot for $70/mo... in another building a 10 minute walk away.
