She’s a god damned evangelical Christian camp counselor, or a “moderate” from Maine who read white fragility and then voted for both Biden and Susan Collins to make sure the dems didn’t get too much power.

They tried to make her more pretty, ugh.

I hate how flat and simple and "flash animation" a lot of modern cartoons look too. Lame.

She looks like a character in a flash game about doing surgery to a fully grown baby

The original Ms. Frizzle was Italian. She has a Roman nose and curly hair. Just more Italian erasure.

why is literally everyone talking about this again and still doesn't know it's her sister.
like, yeah it looks like shit, but know atleast that much, especially since people have been melting down about it periodically for over a year.

Wow that sucks. It's a straight-up worse design, less distinctive, less memorable, in an artstyle that could be at home in a wikihow tutorial.

I don't even understand how this could be profitable

wouldn't it just make sense to retouch the old episodes and update them, making them even better? And maybe adding in a few new episodes here and there?

Is magic school bus SO popular that little kids have exhausted all the content and are looking for new episodes?

And maybe adding in a few new episodes here and there?

Make a new episode affirming gender identity and trans people to cause the Chuds to commit ritual seppuku.

oh no i don't like this at all. nah this is bad. toss this.

what the fuck is this art style?

*not to like... overstress the point lol, but it reminds me of this video where zizek talks about the cultural despair in Children of Men, and how in the film art loses all meaning because there's no future.

      holy shit that's awful.

Actually, looking up at the new Frizz, she also seems a different skin tone than old Frizz?

Yeah her skin tone does seem a bit different but I'm more upset about how they made her look like an 18 yo disney princess rather than like a middle aged lesbian school teacher like she was in the og

Wasn't the whole point that she had frizzy hair? Isn't that why she's called Ms. Frizzle?

Clearly Miss Frizzle is the lesbian equivalent of Lola Bunny to 90s children's awkward development.

Yes, BUT they say ms frizzle retired, and when she appears in the cartoon she looks no older than 35. Lmao not a wrinkle. It’s pretty horrifying

This is just anti-teachers union propaganda. I don't care that Ms. Frizzle is using her retirement benefits to find a good plastic surgeon.

Oh you think you’re just a ironic Bernie bro huh... objectifying women like this. Teachers unions are bad! I made a post about the crazy shit that she got away with because she had Union protection from any and all disciplinary measures. As progressives, we shouldn’t want anyone to be able to take advantage of the system. My think tank would propose means testing for public employee pensions that would include measures of physical and emotional stress. Wrinkles, knee issues, blood pressure, and BMI, among other things.

Consider reaching out to one Jimmy Dore about this point, y'all might find common ground

But he says bad things about me. Why do you say this?

I’ve noticed in pictures that he is rather red in the face. I am of Indian heritage. Is this a red brown alliance that people are accusing him of?
